Taking care of your skin doesn’t have to be complicated. Routine professional facials are very beneficial to overall skin health and wellness. Our goal is to keep you on track with your skin care goals through consistent monthly visits however you may cancel your membership at any time. If you need to cancel just contact Simply Luminous Day Spa before your monthly charge goes through to avoid your credit card being processed. Please note, once you cancel, memberships may not be reactivated for up to one year. You can still purchase a series of treatments in a 3 or 6 pack as another option.

VIP Members still need to adhere to our cancellation and late arrival policies. All no show/no calls will still be charged a minimum of $50 for their missed appointment and same day cancellations are $25.

We know life happens! If you are unable to make your monthly appointment for any reason your benefits will simply accrue for you to use at a later date. You can gift an accrued treatment to a friend or family member, just let us know at the time of scheduling. *Prices subject to change at anytime.
